How to save custom voice on tomtom 720 GPS?

Q: Seems you can only have one custom voice on the 720. It ask you to record 56 phrases, the info i have found online to convert to a .vif file requires 59 phrases to work!
so basically if i try to record another set of voices i loose the old custom

A: You need to create a new set of voices but not overwrite the old ones.

You can do this with a few tools that are available on the internet for free.

You can find a short tutorial on modifying or creating new TomTom voices

Since the police are already aware of dangerous locations (statistically higher than average traffic accident rates), they should make use of that information to make their cameras "available" in those locations. If they believe it will improve traffic safety in such areas, they should be acting regardless of whether or not speed is playing a role in the problem. There's no need to buy speed data from an outside source to make such determinations and take such actions.

iPad 3 to be unveiled next month

It’s long been rumoured that Apple is set to launch the next iPad in the spring, and the latest whispers to drift from dark corners in Cupertino is that the company is ramping up activity to prepare for a March unveil.

And early March at that, so All Things Digital has suggested, and our first proper glimpse of the next-generation iPad might come inside four weeks.

Presumably followed by a late March or early April launch, the date we (and many others) have anticipated will be the iPad 3′s time to shine for a long time now. The iPhone 5 will likely be out in September or October.

The word is that Apple is currently busy organising the apps which will be used to show off the slate, with a focus on graphics oriented apps to best demonstrate the new high resolution display.
